Effective date: pending · v0 scaffold
⚠ This is a scaffold. The final, binding text is being prepared with legal counsel (see the internal drafting brief). Do not rely on this placeholder as the operative agreement.
What you may not do with termynl — no illegal content, IP infringement, malware, spam, harassment, or attempts to breach tenant isolation. Absolutely prohibited: any sexual content involving minors, real or synthetic. Violations lead to immediate suspension.
Summary of key points
- Who we are. termynl is a multi-tenant, org-only SaaS work platform, also available self-hosted (single-tenant, open source).
- Your data. You own your content. On the hosted service, file bytes are stored in your chosen cloud (OneDrive/Google Drive/S3); termynl holds only the searchable index.
- Sub-processors. Microsoft, Google, Stripe (payments), Anthropic (default AI), SMTP2GO/Microsoft 365 (email), Cloudflare. A current list is maintained here.
- Contact. Questions: [email protected].
